Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how trials, billing, cancellation and refunds work for Booksmor, provided by Greenmor.
Try before you pay
Every Booksmor account begins with a 30-day free trial with full access to all features and modules. No credit card is required to start, so you can be confident Booksmor is right for you before you pay anything.
Annual billing
Booksmor paid plans are billed annually in advance. Your base plan and any add-on modules are charged for the full year at the start of the term.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for — it simply does not renew.
Refunds
Because we offer a full 30-day free trial before any payment is taken, paid subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a billing term has begun. If you believe there are exceptional circumstances, contact us at hello@booksmor.com — we review every request fairly.
AI token packs
AI token top-up packs are charged when purchased and are non-refundable. Unused tokens do not expire and remain available on your account.
Failed or duplicate payments
If you are charged in error — for example, a duplicate payment — contact us and we will refund the incorrect amount.
