Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Booksmor, provided by Greenmor. By creating an account or using Booksmor, you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be authorised to act for the business you register.
2. The service
Booksmor is cloud-based accounting software. We work hard to keep it available and reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
3. Subscriptions, billing and free trial
- Every account starts with a 30-day free trial of all features. No payment is needed to begin the trial.
- Paid plans are billed annually in advance. The base plan and any add-on modules you select are charged for the full subscription term.
- Prices are shown on our Pricing page and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Subscriptions continue until cancelled. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Booksmor — including attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service, uploading unlawful content, or using the service to break the law.
5. Your data and content
You own the data you enter into Booksmor. You grant us the limited permission needed to host and process it so we can provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your business records.
6. AI-assisted features
Booksmor includes AI-assisted features. The AI is a tool to help you — you remain responsible for reviewing and approving entries, and for the accuracy of your books and statutory filings.
7. Limitation of liability
Booksmor is a tool to help you keep your books; it is not a substitute for professional accounting or tax advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greenmor is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination, you can export your data for a reasonable period.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts of [City], India.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Booksmor after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
